1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include original tags and packaging when applicable
- Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
For hygiene reasons, certain accessories or intimate apparel may also be non-returnable where applicable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account

6. Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order after your return request has been approved.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
